Creating Your Account¶

Getting started with FlagPal takes just a few minutes. Here's everything you need to do to create your account and log in.

Step 1: Sign Up¶

1. Go to flagpal.com
2. Click the Sign In button in the top navigation
3. On the login page, look for the option to create a new account or register
4. Enter your:
5. Name — your full name
6. Email address — use a work email if you're setting this up for a team

7. Password — choose a strong password

8. Click Register or Create Account

Step 2: Log In¶

Once your account is created, you'll be taken to the FlagPal dashboard automatically. On future visits:

1. Go to flagpal.com
2. Click Sign In
3. Enter your email and password
4. Click Log In

Step 3: Create Your First Project¶

After logging in, you'll need to create a Project. A Project is your workspace — it's where all your feature flags, experiences, experiments, and metrics live.

You'll see a prompt to create your first project when you log in for the first time. We'll cover this in detail in the next section:

Account Security Tips¶

Keep your account safe

• Use a strong, unique password
• Don't share your login credentials with teammates — instead, invite them to your project using their own accounts

Trouble Logging In?¶

If you can't log in:

• Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset it via email
• Email not recognised? Make sure you're using the same email address you registered with
• Still stuck? Contact support and we'll help you out
